This game was stopped due to a mercy rule, although everyone has a DNF next to their name.

Interesting. Has this happened to you in any other matches? I'm wondering if this is a recurring issue or a special case. Unfortunately we can't fix the result of the match in terms of stats, but if this is a persistent issue, it's worth bringing up to Bungie to fix.

Here is another one with the same issue. I don't know how bungie handles / if their systems marks a game as mercy ruled but they probably should expose that information in the API. How does DT decide a player should receive a DNF?

We play everything from the API so if Bungie marks a game as a loss, it will show up as a loss here (and other stat tracking sites) as well.

No longer staff, please use the contact page for support.

Yea that makes sense, but I don't see how that lends any insight as to why every player from a mercy rule game has a DNF next to their name. Are you saying that the API is applying a DNF flag to players of a mercy rule game?

Does the API have DNF OR Mercy Rule information? Further more is the API marking mercy rule games as a DNF for every player?

DNF is not the same as mercy rule. Not by a long shot. It must hold a greater value than DNF
