This weapon is obtained through random loot drops.

-Damage: 260-300 Kinetic damage.
-Magazine: 40 rounds.

Upgrades

-Accurized Ballistics: More range and impact. Increased recoil.
-CQB Ballistics: Greatly reduced recoil. Significant penalty to range and impact.
-Aggressive Ballistics: More predictable recoil. Enhanced impact. Shorter range and more recoil.

-Glass Half Full: The bottom half of each magazine causes additional damage.

-Upgrade Damage: Increases attack power, allowing this weapon to cause more damage.

-Quickdraw: This weapon can be drawn unbelievably fast.
-Perfect Balance: This weapon has extremely low recoil.
-Field Scout: Maximum ammo capacity.

-Volatile Light: Rounds fired from this weapon overpenetrate targets and Ricochet on hard surfaces.

-Upgrade Damage: Increases attack power, allowing this weapon to cause more damage.

-High Caliber Rounds: Oversize rounds built to stagger targets and leave them reeling. Their mass makes a weapon harder to handle.
-Field Scout: Maximum ammo capacity.

-Monte Carlo Method: Dealing damage with this weapon reduces your melee cooldown.

-Upgrade Damage: Increases attack power, allowing this weapon to cause more damage.

This weapon is obtained by defeating Crota in the "Crota's End" raid. Beginning with "Husk of the Pit", then "Eidolan Ally", and then finally "Necrochasm".

-Hammer Forged: Improved range and accuracy.
-Lightweight: When held, this weapon grants +2 character agility.

-Suros Regime: The bottom half of each magazine deals bonus damage and has a chance to return health when dealing damage.

I wonder where the SUROS Regime will fall, in terms of usability, after the Autorifle nerf that Bungie has said is incoming.

With the vampiric bullets, it will probably remain as the most OP Auto rifle even after the nerf.

I think we would be hard pressed to find someone who could make a compelling argument against the Regime being the most usable of the Auto Rifles, even post nerf, Vek.
