FAQ
What is this challenge about?
The Destiny 2 Dungeon Run is a competitive event hosted by Destiny Tracker where players attempt to complete the Prophecy Dungeon as quickly as possible. The challenge spans the first two weekends of July 2025, during which players can register, compete, and earn placements based on their best completion times. Public leaderboards will showcase the fastest runs, and top players will earn in-game prizes.
Who can participate?
Participation is open to anyone who is 18 years or older, or the age of majority in their country of residence. To enter, players must log in with a TRN account, connect their Bungie account, and register through the official activity page. A connected Bungie ID is required to verify your runs and distribute prizes. Players must accept the Terms of Service and register independently for each weekend to appear on the leaderboard.
How to compete?
You must play at the "Eternity" difficulty level. Players can participate in Solo, Duo, or Fireteam formats. You may play in multiple runs across different team formats and both weekends, but your placement on the leaderboard is tied to you as an individual. Each participant must register and accept the Terms of Service to be eligible.
How many attempts can I make?
There is no limit to the number of runs you can complete. Players are encouraged to play as many times as they like. To update your position in the leaderboard you should click the "Update Entry" button after registering to the challenge.
How does the leaderboard work?
The leaderboard displays each player's best run (at the "Eternity" difficulty), ranked by fastest time. If multiple players achieve the same time, they will share the same position on the leaderboard. Meaning duplicate placements (e.g., four players tied for second) are possible.
Do I need to record my run?
Yes. After the event ends, the top 10 players in each category will receive an email requesting a full video recording (VOD) of their best run. This footage is required for final verification and will be reviewed. Failure to provide a VOD may lead to disqualification from leaderboard standings and prizes.
I have an issue, where can I share that?
