As Destiny players continue to learn the bosses, Raids, Strikes, and all the player-vs-environment modes, we see more and more mind-boggling challenges being completed by the best of the best.

Now, Twitch streamer and YouTube personality Gladd has made history alongside clan teammate Chevy by completely every Raid boss, back-to-back, and with just the two of them in the squad.

It's not the first time Gladd or his clan Redeem has made Destiny history either. At the end of last year, the avid Destiny grinder claimed the mantle of the first to clear the brutal Last Wish raid released in Destiny 2: Forsaken. Alongside Modern, Indica, FleshCrunch, Sweatcicle, and Ehroar, Gladd clocked in the Raid completion at 18 hours and 48 minutes.

Gladd has come back and stormed into the annals of history just six months later with this self-set challenge alongside Chevy. The rules? The duo had to complete every two-mannable raid boss in Destiny 2.

"Not only that, but we had to complete each one back-to-back, without any wipes or restarts," Sean "Gladd" Gallagher said after the quest was complete. "If at any point we failed any of the bosses, we had to start all the way back at boss one."

The challenge reminds avid gamers of another die-and-reset competition that was recently completed. Dark Souls streamer TheHappyHob completed the insane trial of beating all of Dark Souls 1, 2, and 3, as well as Bloodborne, without being hit once. It's insane, I know, but the dedicated streamer has inspired more players in their own games to achieve these near-impossible runs.

Gladd is, of course, one of those inspired players. Now he stands as another of the dedicated champions that have locked down a challenge under his belt.

"We had a decent amount of experience two-manning bosses together [Chevy and Gladd]," Gallagher explained. "The whole event took us around three days worth of attempts.

"The first day was spent smoothing out strategies for Morgeth, Riven, Insurrection Prime, and Dogs. Kalli, Calus, and Argos are extremely easy bosses to two-man, so we didn't even practice those.

"The final two days were spent going for legit attempts, where we finally snagged the full marathon completion yesterday. Prior to this, we had multiple runs reaching the third boss, and one run on the fourth boss."

Disaster nearly struck for the groundbreaking duo when they came up against the last boss on their checklist - Argos. As Chevy and Gladd stormed toward their objective, Gallagher's game froze, leaving his teammate all alone in the final stages of the Leviathan, Eater of Worlds raid.

"I had to quickly 'Alt-F4' and reboot my game while Chevy was completing a solo break," Gladd said. "He had to do solo damage but got it done. Thank god I had a veteran Argos-soloer as my teammate."
