Season of the Lost has officially begun and with the season being in full swing there is already a variety of Exotic Loot to chase after. With three unique pieces of armor and already three Exotic weapons being on the table this season there is certainly a lot to chase after. Here is how you can get your hands on all of it.
Radiant Dance Machines
Radiant Dance Machines is the new leg armor for the Hunter Class. The perk is described as having the ability to do multiple consecutive dodges when you dodge near an enemy. This is an Exotic that will pair beautifully with a Rocket Launcher, Throwing Knife, or even a top tree Void build. To earn this Exotic wait for the Lost Sector rotation to feature a chance to earn Exotic Leg Armor and then complete the lost sector solo to have a chance at the drop.
Nothing Manacles
This new arms Exotic for Warlocks will change the game for fans of the Scatter Grenade. When equipped, Nothing Manacles allows players to gain an additional Scatter Grenade charge and also enables tracking for the grenade. This will be a must have for Warlocks and is obtainable from the Legend and Master Lost Sectors on Exotic Arms Armor days.
No Backup Plans
Titans are once again receiving an Exotic Armor piece that will fulfill the need to be up close and personal. No Backup Plans makes it so Shotgun final blows grant melee energy. Once you have full melee energy, Shotgun final blows will activate your ‘Defensive Strike’ and consume all your melee energy.
The Exotic’s flavor text reads “No ammo? No problem.” making this a no brainer for those that like to play aggressive. Pick this armor up as well from Exotic Arm Armor days in Lost Sectors.
The Lorentz Driver
This Linear Fusion Rifle is already being hailed as the new meta king. Obtained from the Season Pass at rank one, this LFR packs a powerful punch with an interesting tracking ability.
While equipped this weapon will track one random foe that when eliminated will drop a “key”. Once you collect three keys the weapon will receive a twenty-five second buff of increased damage.
Oh and it creates Void vortexes when you land precision kills on enemies which pull them into clusters. Already this weapon is making rounds in both PvE and PvP and you can make it even better by picking up the Catalyst Quest with Banshee-44 once you obtain this weapon from the Season Pass.
Ager’s Scepter
This weapon seems to be the first Stasis Trace Rifle and was debuted first in the trailer for Season of the Lost. As of right now it is listed as an Exotic Quest on Bungie’s Seasonal Page. The official steps and perks for this Rifle remain unknown however the Scepter is mentioned by Mara Sov during the quest “Tracing The Stars”, check out our guide here to get started as this may eventually turn to unlock this new weapon.
Gjallarhorn
That’s right, Gjallarhorn is back on the menu and will be making its debut in Destiny 2 this season. Tied to the “Pirate themed Dungeon” set in the Cosmodrome, Guardians will be able to earn Gjallarhorn during Bungie’s 30th Anniversary celebration set for later this year.
