This is one of the best overall hunter exotics for PvP besides Stompees. Whenever I don't use those, I'm using this. Hands down. The handling and reload boost is REALLY nice on weapons with statistically low handling (Revoker comes to mind)

Even in the worst case scenario, this chest piece is not nearly as cheap as Lord of Wolves or Handheld Supernova, but works just as well. This is a damn good exotic for PvP and could see some use in some mid-risk activities.

Dodge and get enhanced quickdraw and enhanced reloader for every gun, also it increases ur mobility high enough for the cooldown on ur dodge to almost be non existent

Great pvp item, especially when combined with either the proximity smoke or one hit throwing knife. Have one many gun fights outnumbered because of this puppy.

Tried this out and it is sleeper OP - if you have 50 mobility (or 35, then use a Traction Mod on boots), every time you dodge you are at 100 Mobility for 9 secs and your dodge CD becomes 9 secs. Use Gamblers Dodge to refresh Melee AND reload weapons, and grant increased handling speed

Essentially a permanent buff to reload, handling, and movement speed, it lasts so long.
