"I dunno. Hunter just came in one day with this odd Arc-reacting circuit, asking what it might be good for. Difficult to get its exotic perk to trigger. Arc Bolt's radius is extremely tight and the bolt won't hit the same target twice, so you have to get lucky that enough enemies stay in the grenade's radius long enough for the full chain to go off.
