All they have to do to make this worth using is give it spike grenades. It already has great velocity but lacks the perk required to put that velocity to good use. Plus the full auto with remote detonation is just an awful combination.

around 11% more base dps than wendigo with explosive light x6, so nice to use instead of wendigo if you have a spare exotic slot or if you don't have a masterworked primary to clear ads to proc explosive light
