It can be really useful in voidlock with devour. You can insta kill even strong one with spamm melee atacks. Very useful in some maps and in public event. It very niche and different to play which makes it very fun

If you're getting mileage out of this, you're playing Warlocks wrong. Switch classes.

These are decent in PvE with something like Celestial Fire ability, but still not the greatest.
