Below is the second part of the list of Timelost weapons and the best perks they can roll with. Part two contains the Scout Rifle, Fusion Rifle, Shotgun, Sniper Rifle and Rocket Launcher.
Patron of Lost Causes (Nessus Obelisk)
Patron of Lost Causes is a Scout Rifle that sits in the Kinetic slot. It is a Lightweight Frame, giving the wielder a bonus to Mobility, and fires at 200 RPM. Patron has fairly high Handling and Reload Speed but suffers in the Range and Stability department. Along with a low Stability comes a fairly jumpy recoil pattern that makes hitting consistent shots tricky.
So, stats-wise Patron is a fairly mediocre Scout Rifle but its the choice of perks that really drives that point home. The weapon has very few top tier perks available for it to roll with, making the ideal roll only ‘okay’ with even that being hard to get. All in all there a much better options for Scout Rifles such as Night Watch, Distant Relation, Oxygen SR3, Imperative and Nameless Midnight.

Gallant Charge (EDZ Obelisk)
Gallant Charge is a High-Impact Fusion Rifle that deals Solar damage. In terms of its stats, Gallant Charge has all round worse numbers than the other popular High-Impact Fusion Rifles in Loaded Question and Erentil FR4.
Gallant Charge makes up for these mediocre numbers with a perk selection geared towards PvE that can potentially outclass Loaded Question’s reign as the premier Fusion Rifle. Gallant Charge can shred through Major enemies with the ability to activate Swashbuckler x5 with a melee kill on a low tier enemy, then unload 2 or 3 high damage bursts on said Major.

Perfect Paradox (Tower Obelisk)
Perfect Paradox is a Rapid-Fire Shotgun that sits in the Kinetic slot. This weapon has some excellent perks to choose from and can be seen as an alternative to the Threat Level Shotgun that drops from the Scourge of the Past Raid.
Even though Perfect Paradox doesn't have any stats that really jump out as being top tier, it has a selection of perk rolls to fit almost any build or situation. Grenade build? Demolitionist. Melee build? One-Two Punch. Mow through low tier enemies? Swashbuckler. Boss DPS? Trench Barrel. For PvE, Perfect Paradox does it all.

Trophy Hunter (Tower Obelisk)
Trophy Hunter is an Aggressive Frame Sniper Rifle that deals Void damage. Trophy Hunter conforms to the standard set by other Aggressive Frame Snipers with it having exceptional Range and Impact but extremely low numbers for every other stat. Trophy Hunter seems to have an identity crisis. The main use of Aggressive Frame Snipers in the current meta is to pair it will Kill Clip or Boxed Breathing in order to easily take out enemy Supers in PvP.
In PvE the best use for a Sniper is for Boss DPS with the Rapid Hit and Firing Line perks, but even then no Sniper can out DPS Izanagi’s Burden. Trophy Hunter lacks all the possible perk rolls to give it any kind of use in either PvE or PvP activities. A case can be made for the perk combination of Extended Mag, Triple Tap and Vorpal Weapon for a decent Boss DPS weapon but a well rolled Sole Survivor is simply better.

- Barrel - Arrowhead Brake, Fluted Barrel, Corkscrew Rifling
- Magazine - Tactical Mag, Appended Mag, Extended Mag

- Perk 2 - Vorpal Weapon
Recommended Perks for PvP

Pyroclastic Flow (Tower Obelisk)
Pyroclastic Flow is a Precision Frame Rocket Launcher that deals Solar damage. Since it is a Precision Frame, the Launcher fires a small missile that tracks the target that the weapon is aimed at, it does not require the Tracking Module perk. Rocket Launchers have taken a back seat in most activities due to their poor damage and unreliability in PvP, only Truth has been seeing a good amount of play.
The main issue with Rocket Launchers is they all only have 1 rocket in the magazine making their sustained damage extremely low, in comparison to other Power weapons. Even though Pyroclastic Flow can roll with some excellent perks, it still suffers from the problems inherent within all Rocket Launchers. This problem can be somewhat mitigated with Ambitious Assassin but it requires too much set up in order to be truly useful.
