Elite plays, stream to stage. Please welcome Mindless in our latest entry to the Tracker Pro interviews.

Mindless is a Destiny Streamer for Tracker Pro; In our latest entry of Tracker Pro Interviews, we dive into who Mindless is and what separates them from the rest. We hope that you will find the same interest in our Pros as we have and consider checking out their content!

Interview

Tell us about yourself, who are you and what do you do?

Hi! My name is Mindless, I am the Owner and Co-Founder of Thieves' Den, a part-time streamer, and a full-time business owner (car audio shops).

Last year, we hosted 12 events from 4v4 and 3v3 PvP tourneys to 2 raid speedrun tourneys! My goal for the Destiny 2 community is to create a fun and inviting environment for all players, new and old. We hold our community in high regards for being non-toxic and friendly people who want to grow the competitive scene within Destiny 2. My streams consist of me either helping viewers in trials, competitive, or any other Destiny 2 activity!

How and why did you get into content creation?

I had been in and out of several streamers chats over the years and saw the positive impact they made on their communities. Seeing that made me realize what I was missing from my time gaming all these years; So I maxed out a few credit cards and got started on my Twitch journey!

Tell us about your community

Openness and kindness is key to having a successful community. For the past year, I have been working on building a community of friends and positive influences on the Destiny 2 community. Thieves' Den is just that; A community of competitive gamers who strive to be the best! Just this past year, we brought in 200 teams to compete in our events and continue to grow with each passing day. We invite everyone, regardless of skill level, to join our community and hope to build a strong relationship.

What do you enjoy most about Destiny?

The gameplay and movement of the game, even after all this time, stands on top. I find myself wishing other FPS games let me move the way I do on my Warlock (Iris Dash).

More importantly, the friendships I've made over the past 6 years is the real reason I keep coming back to the game day in and day out. The feeling you get when you take someone flawless is priceless. I would trade any game for that moment.

What is your favorite PvP map in Destiny 2?

Vostok... SIKE!

Javelin-4 all day! It was designed almost perfectly with a 3-lane route. Several angles to snipe from and spawn trapping can be negated if you rotate out correctly to spot snowballing. Few "glitch" spots as to not break the game. Hands down the most balanced map for sniper players and shotgun players.

What advice would you give someone looking to get into content creation?

Enjoy yourself. Nothing happens overnight and you will not be liked by everyone. Quality is key when it comes to being a Streamer and I'm not just talking about visually. Have a good personality and be friendly. No one wants to watch someone rage for 8 hours straight. Keep calm and in control of your actions. You might have young and impressionable kids watching your stream and learning from you.

Be the positive influence this platform needs!

If there was one thing you could tell your former, aspiring-creator self, what would it be?

Stop looking at the numbers! Turn the viewer counter off. It's not helping and putting you in a bad mood. Viewers will stay if you give them a reason to. Be entertaining, smile more, and be yourself. BE YOURSELF!

In your opinion, what does it take to make a team successful?

Transparency and honesty. Teams fail when people start looking out for themselves and not the team. We hold regular meetings and talk about what is being worked on and what needs to be worked on. Keep the workflow moving!

Going forward, what do you want to accomplish with your team?

I want us to be known for being the best place for new and old players to find that competitive itch they have all while having fun and making new friends.

Where can we find you on social media?
